Where do you get your stones?
Our stones are sourced from all over the world through relationships we’ve established with gem hunters. Places such as Turkey, Indonesia and Argentina which are known for geographically exclusive stones are among our main sources.
Is your jewelry made in the US?
Yes, we make all of our branded pieces by hand, in New Hampshire. However, as we grow, we look forward to adding carefully curated hand made goods from fine artisans all over the world. These will be presented as special offerings with details of their origin.
Are the stones pictured the item I will receive?
All of our Slabs, Specimens, Cabachons and other items listed as “one of a kind” will be the items shown in the photos. In the case of reproducible items, the use of a stock photo will be disclosed. In these instances, variations from one piece to another are subtle enough that each one won’t require a unique photo.
Do you wholesale to other artisans?
Many of our products are intended specifically for use by artisans with pricing to reflect their use as a supply. However, in the case of large volume orders, we may be able to offer a discount. email us with the items and quantity and we’ll discuss from there.
Do you have a phone number?
Not at this time. With the nature of our business, we’ve found it far more practical and efficient to communicate via email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We do our best to represent all aspects of our stones and artisan goods through our photos and detailed descriptions. Thankfully, this generally results in very happy customers. However, should your item be damaged or not what you expected, we will take care of you. Our goal is to establish strong, ongoing relationships with our customers.
